Before you write

Where's my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your parcel ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, contact the courier first — they can often locate it same-day.

Shipping & delivery

Canada $10 · United States $25. All prices in CAD.
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within Canada, 7–21 days internationally depending on customs. International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees.

Returns & refunds

14 days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Opened or sprayed bottles can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Kits are returned complete.

Damaged on arrival

Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it straight away. If a parcel arrives visibly tampered with or leaking, please don't accept the delivery.

Your code arrives by email the moment you sign up and applies to the Exclusive Kit at checkout. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder — then email us and we'll resend it.

About the fragrances

Every OG Scents bottle is an original composition, produced in small batches with approximately 40% perfume oil concentration and matured for a minimum of two months before bottling. All ingredients are IFRA-certified.

Fragrance behaves differently on different skin — the same bottle can develop distinctly on two people. If something isn't wearing the way you expected, tell us. We'd rather hear it.
