Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Product Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and secure packaging. We strongly advise utilizing a trackable shipping service, as Shivi Perfumery cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or Used Goods: For safety and hygiene reasons, any fragrance that has been unsealed, opened, or sprayed is strictly non-returnable.

Final Sale: Promotional, sale, and discounted items are non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective state.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If the external packaging shows signs of tampering, damage, or unauthorized opening, please refuse the delivery. Should you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective item, contact customer support immediately to arrange a replacement.

Refund Processing

Inspection: All returned merchandise is subject to quality verification upon arrival at our facility.

Timeline: Upon approval, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days.

Payment Method: Credit will be applied automatically to the original method of payment
