At OG Scents, we take pride in delivering your fragrances safely and efficiently.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All prices are in CAD.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. OG Scents is not responsible for customs delays.

Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs processing
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the courier directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

• Contact us at hello@ogscents.com within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
• We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Lost packages may be eligible for replacement or refund after courier investigation is completed.
