Welcome to OG Scents. By accessing or purchasing from ogscents.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

OG Scents is a Canadian fragrance house selling eau de parfum directly to consumers online. All products are produced in small batches using IFRA-certified ingredients. Contact: hello@ogscents.com

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and scent notes accurately. Fragrance is subjective and may develop differently depending on skin chemistry, climate, and application — variation in how a scent wears is not a defect.

Product images are representative. Minor variation in bottle labelling or packaging may occur between batches.

All products are original compositions produced and bottled by OG Scents under our own brand and product names.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, or modify promotions at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you’ve already placed, we will contact you before processing and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Promotions, Codes & the OG Club

Discount codes, including OG Club codes, are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue. Unless stated otherwise:

Codes apply to qualifying products only
Codes cannot be combined with other offers
Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion

Exclusive Kits are sold as a complete set at a promotional price. Kit contents are selected by the customer at the time of purchase and cannot be changed after the order is placed. A maximum of two kits may be purchased per order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where:

The product is unavailable
We identify a pricing or description error
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
Quantity limits are exceeded

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance, opened or used products cannot be returned.

8. Age & Use

Our products are intended for personal use by customers of legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction. Fragrance is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children, flames, and direct heat.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ogscents.com — including text, product names, photography, logos, and design — is the property of OG Scents and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Reviews & Submitted Content

By submitting a review or other content to our site, you grant OG Scents a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and use that content for marketing purposes. You confirm the content is your own and not unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We reserve the right to edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Scents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
